At Western Medical Equipment we want our customers to be happy with our products and service.
Our return policy is as follows:
Any unopened products may be returned for a refund of the purchase price of the returned items within 7 days from date of purchase.
If the item is billed to insurance, you will have 3 days to return the product. Refunds of opened items that are not defective will be taken on a case by case basis by management.
No refund or exchanges on the following:
- Broken case quantities and opened sterile packages.
- All used and refurbished medical equipment. These products are not refundable or exchangeable.
- Any product which has been worn or came into contact with the human body.. Items such as pillows, diapers, mattresses, cushions, braces, slings and other medical supplies and products that are single-use patient items.
- All sales of Scooters, Lift Chairs, Assembled Bathroom Equipment, Compression Stockings & Donners, Maternity, Incontinence, Orthopedic, Bipap/Cpap Supplies, Nutrition and Personal Care Items.
Our return policy allows you to return or exchange any unopened/unused items you purchase or rent from us within 14days of receipt of product.
When your equipment or product arrives:
Immediately inspect the box for damages and unpack your unit. We test every rental unit before it leaves our store, but due to shipping, products or equipment could arrive either damaged or defective.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you contact us immediately. If the item is damaged in shipping, we must notify and work with the shipping company within 48 hours. We cannot be responsible for shipping damage if you wait longer than 48 hours after your unit arrives to let us know.
0 - 7 days after arrival - 100% refund
We want our customers to be happy with the products that are rented or purchased, and we will be able to provide a full price refund (excluding shipping costs) if you notify us within the first 5 days.
The 100% return policy is only valid if you contact us within the first 5 days and the product/equipment remains in unused / like new condition.
All returns require a return authorization. You must pay for return shipping costs.
Please insure the return shipment for the full value.
8 - 14 days after purchase or rental (purchase or rental date is the date that shipment has arrived at your location)
Refund or exchange amount will be determined on a case by case basis and be determined by WME management.
After 14 days:
We are sorry, but after 30 days we cannot refund or exchange your unit.
